Q:  Do you accept custom orders?

A:  If you like the look of something in my shop but would like a certain aspect tweaked, or if you'd like something new altogether, click the 'request custom order' button that appears on the listing page. I will try my absolute best to accommodate your requests! Please email all enquires via the Contact Us page prior to ordering.


Q:  What sticker paper do you use?

A:  All of our stickers are created with a PREMIUM matte sticker paper – this is super buttery smooth to the touch, and can be written on with almost any pen!


Q:  Are the colours exactly as pictured?

A:  Please note that due to difference in computer monitors, colours on your screen may appear different as opposed to in person. We have tried our best to ensure accuracy with colours where possible.


Q:  What type of payments do you accept?

Q:  Where can I find a copy of my invoice?

A:  In an attempt to save paper (and ink), there will be no hard-copy, paper invoice sent out to you with your order. To access a digital copy of your invoice, please click on the ‘View Order' button in the Order Confirmation email that is sent out to you. You can also access a digital copy through our store by logging into your account and accessing your past orders. If you specifically require me to provide you with a paper copy, I will be happy to send this with your order. Just please let me know in the 'Note to Seller' section during checkout.


Q:  What size is the item, and how many will I receive?

A:  A photo has been provided that clearly displays each listing in its entirety. The size of each item is included in the description of each listing. Each listing is for ONE item (e.g. 1x sticker sheet, 1x decal, etc.), unless stated otherwise in the description.

For stickers, you will be able to see how many are included per sheet (if you require more than one sheet, please change the quantity before adding to your cart). The size of each sticker, as well as the size of the sticker sheet can be found in the description.  



I always endeavour to ensure that there is uniformity throughout items produced for the store. However, as each item is handmade, there may be small differences from item-to-item. These differences are minimal, and do not have a detrimental effect on the overall appearance or functionality of the item.
